Create variable tmpanod
Process Step
Description Compute target variable ‘tmpanod’ based on variables ‘tmpdca’, ‘tmpdcamb’, ‘region_id’ and ‘date’. Calculate ‘tmpanod’ as day average for each region, minus calendar month average base value 1991 - 2020 (tmpdca - tmpdcamb).
This step uses a script written in Python3.
