Create variable iwg10mxamb

Process Step

Description Compute target variable ‘iwg10mxamb’ based on variables ‘iwg10mx’, ‘region_id’ and ‘date’. Calculate the average maximum wind gust for each calendar month for each region, across the baseline period 1991 - 2020.

This step uses a script written in Python3.
