Create variable ndyprypm2_5

Process Step

Description Compute target variable ‘ndyprypm2_5’ based on ‘aqiwdpm2_5’, ‘region’ and ‘date’. The number of days during the last three hundred and sixty five days from date, date included, where ‘aqiwdpm2_5’ = ‘3’ ‘Poor’ or ‘aqiwdpm2_5’ = ‘4’ ‘Very poor’ or ‘aqiwdpm2_5’ = ‘5’ ‘Extremely poor’ becomes the value of the target variable

This step uses a script written in Python3.
