Create variable ndyprmpm10
Process Step
Description Compute target variable ‘ndyprmpm10’ based on ‘aqiwdpm10’, ‘region’ and ‘date’. The number of days during the last thirty days from date, date included, where ‘aqiwdpm10’ = ‘3’ ‘Poor’ or ‘aqiwdpm10’ = ‘4’ ‘Very poor’ or ‘aqiwdpm10’ = ‘5’ ‘Extremely poor’ becomes the value of the target variable
This step uses a script written in Python3.
